At Agility Health Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items don't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
