Remove the detox patch from the cellophane and place the patch, printed side down on the centre of the sticky adhesive sheet.

Attach to the soles of your feet before bedtime and remove it in the morning (ideally between 5 to 12 hours use). D-tox Patches should be placed on the soles of the feet before bedtime for a full body detox and removed in the morning. They can also be applied to any other part of the body (back, hip, neck, etc.) or directly to the area where the ache or pain is present.

Take off the middle section from the adhesive paper. Spread the powder like ingredients in the patch evenly. Stick the adhesive the patches to both soles of your feet before going to bed, removing them the next morning. Wash your feet thoroughly after removing.

You should feel increased well being after your 5 day course. To continue a regular detox program we recommend a five-day course every two weeks.
